Painting the Exterior

When the house was inspected the inspector highly recommended we paint the trim BEFORE winter to protect it. It was starting to peel a little and he didn't want any rotting to start. Here are the before and after pictures.

We Bought A House!

We are finally buying a home. We found a house and signed a contract in 5 days! The closing was set for 30 days later. Moving day is set for the end of this month.
